meeting the elementary students

Today we met the children of Li dao elementary school. We introduced ourselves to them and the introduced themselves to us. We split into two groups, my group is with Jonathan, Elton, Jenny and Howard. The kids learned about Google Earth and I showed them where i lived and where my school was. They learned about the different places and looked for cities like LA, Rome and where they lived. We also made team flags and our team name is Bunan, the name of their tribe. We then separated into small groups each volunteer had a couple of students and we had lunch together. After lunch our small groups created world maps of how they thought the world should be. After we taught them how to play football. A lot of the boys were very fast learners and they we very good at throwing and catching the football. At night we had a BBQ feast. We had pork, chicken, veggies, fish, tofu and corn. The BBQ was very delicious.
